Facebook Connect

You can now associate your Facebook account to your Mythic Dawn Forum account. This can be used to log into the forums, using the Facebook connect icon, on the log in screen.

To link your Mythic Dawn account to your Facebook account, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to these forums and go to "Profile"
   
2. Once on your profile settings, go to preferences.
   
3. After that, find the "Associate your Facebook account" option.
   
4. Simply click on the icon and if you're already logged into Facebook, your Mythic Dawn will link to that account, if not you'll be asked to log into Facebook.
   

It really is that easy. And you don't have to worry about showing to your friends on Facebook that you use these forums, as it won't show that you've linked on your Facebook timeline.

This service is completely optional, so don't feel that you have to use it.

At the moment, the applet used to link the accounts is still in early development, as such there is currently no way to remove any social networking associations from your Mythic Dawn account.

New members should now be able to posts links to external websites in their posts and also host images in their posts.
